Strategic Plan

The Foundation is convinced that targeting education and empowerment of the adolescents, especially girls, at an early age, builds a strong base for enhancing employability and curtails potential wastage of the human capital in Uganda at a right moment.

Education, as well as being an end, is significant means to getting a decent job, especially for young people. More so, lifelong learning is indispensable to keep up with the changing skills needed for management of a dynamic socio-economic environment and the evolving employment or labour market.

Therefore, the main thrust of the program is to help the adolescent girls acquire a variety of competencies that should improve their personal development and access wider choices for career development required to promote employability, increase productivity, and eventually secure chances for better livelihood in the future. To achieve our goal, we commit to build entrepreneurship and vocational capacity of parents and guardians to generate more income to aid furtherance of quality education and career aspirations of their children.
